-Proactively monitoring and conducting operations activities for the 24/7 operation of a WAN-Performing Level 1 operations for critical backbone infrastructure equipment such as routers, switches, and WDM devices.-Managing domestic and international customer requests within the scope of SLA requirements and providing timely solutions.-Swiftly identifying and resolving high-capacity network issues, ensuring end-to-end resolution of cases and tracking the process until a permanent solution is implemented in the event of temporary fixes.-Providing Level 1 support for L2 and L3 technologies such as BGP, IS-IS, MPLS, and SNCP.-Gathering and preparing root cause analysis reports for sharing.-Generating new ideas within the scope of NT Automation focus, and providing support in the analysis, testing, and improvement phases of the created projects.-Conducting necessary analyses for making crisis decisions in the event of natural disasters or other extraordinary circumstances, initiating the crisis decision process, and ensuring healthy coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
