Real Estate, Human Resources, Finance and Banking, Intragroup contracts and relationship, Logistic including Logistic Transport, Compliance, Corporate, Procedure and Standardisation.Main responsibilities: • Negotiations of projects and final review of agreements, including subsequent implementa-tion, such as: real estate contracts (sale purchase agreements, lease agreements, letter of intent, construction agreements, etc), business transfer agreements, factoring agreements, logistic services agreements, health insurance and medical care agreements, intragroup contracts, etc• Organisation, drafting of the related documents, participation in the Board of Directors and Shareholders meetings, obtaining the appropriate corporate approvals before any transac-tion, project, change of the business model or agreements which are subject of the Board approval;• Drafting, reviewing and implementing standard contractual agreements to be used in rela-tion with the suppliers /partners;• Drafting, reviewing and implementing internal procedures (contracting procedure, juridical department procedure)• Monitoring the compliance with the GDPR legislation• Monitoring the compliance with the Antitrust legislation• Drafting and reviewing financing and collateral agreements for the projects;• Monitoring legal risks in the daily activities and advise the internal stakeholders accordingly;• Coordinate and supervise co-operation with law firms, notarial and consulting companies.• Daily support and advising/consultancy for the Departments, monitoring the compliance of the legislation and internal regulation;• Trainings with internal departments for the implementation of the procedures• Participation in the Ethic committee • KPI’s setting and performance evaluation • Various reports to the Corporate (Group): yearly main projects and goals, main litigations, external lawyers, individual and global annual achievements of the legal department
