Ori Almog brought the first internationally tested technology to Australia with the launch of CellOPark in 2008. His first exposure to digital startups came after his move to Australia, where he was struck by the differences in technology and innovation. Ori initially began to recognise the opportunity of the tech sector through his work in online marketing agencies and ecommerce companies, where he saw the strength of connecting offline experiences to technology, to make life easier for consumers. Over the last 10 years, he has used that insight to grow his vision of removing friction from public infrastructure and creating smart environments. Smarter City Solutions is the next stage in Ori’s vision, looking beyond CellOPark to add additional products to a growing suite of connected platforms, designed by a growing team of in-house engineers and developers. Ori has forged partnerships with some of Australia’s leading councils, universities and campuses, re-energised infrastructure, and is already looking to expand Smarter City Solutions into new markets and product lines that will create the future of tomorrow’s connected environments, today.
