Global S&OP - overseeing forecast, demand planning and order fulfillment (software, hardware, and licensing) ensuring company’s delivery plan.Global logistics and shipment (import \ export) and global distribution.Inventory management (local and globally by 3rd party logistics) - material planning based on forecast and lead time, stock management based on min \ max \ ageing, RMA, advanced spare parts and fixed assets.Ongoing subcontractor and vendor's management striving for operational excellence - QBRs, periodic performance reviews to track supplier's KPIs, improve quality and provide score.Essential business processes: ERP transition from ORACLE to NetSuite, B2B processes with subcontractors and 3rd party logistics, implementation of 3rd party software and licensing tools in production, establish royalties reports and payment approvals based on deliverables.Implementation of corporate compliance - business sanctions validation, enforce regulations such as global import\export, paper and electronic waste recycling, global trading, and ISO quality standards certification (Quality, IT, and environment)

Matrix management of end-to-end quote-to-cash business processes, supply chain and procurement.Managing operational business processes such as the development and implementation of COGS database and in-house quote tool, price list and configurator, S&OP processes from forecast to order fulfilment (software, licensing, and hardware) presenting dashboards of operational metrics to management and B2B processes with subcontractors and 3rd party logistics. Leading business initiatives such as RFPs and vendor's selection process, negotiation and contract agreements with direct and non-direct vendors, cost reduction activities and establishing Maintenance and Support program and End of Life policies.Responsibility for supply chain activities such as managing long term relationship with subcontractors(demand readiness, QBRs tracking of quality and operational KPIs and scorecards) , procurement and pricing negotiation, NPI of new offering (software and hardware), configuration management, inventory tracking in global warehouses (mainly during Hardware transition phases), implementation of 3rd party software and licensing tools in production, establish royalty reports and payment approvals based on deliverables and corporate compliance.

Managing the overall program planning and execution of enterprise grade offering meeting strategic business goals, solving conflicts, utilizing resources across different projects, mitigating risks, tracking budget and deadlines while focusing on customer’s satisfaction.Hands-on management of software versions and hardware products full life cycle (PLM).
