Manager, Project Services Office
CurrentOversee the Project Services Office comprised of 425+ Interior and Exterior Architectural Design Studio projects—$3.5M in contracts, $2M-$10M in Property Improvement Plans, and $50M+ in FF&E sales—providing leadership from initial marketing to scope planning through contract procurement, execution control, closeout, and warranty services. Manage a team of up to 12 direct reports including 6 Project Managers, 1 Project Coordinator, 2 Pricing Analysts, 1 Contract Administrator, and 2 Contract Specialists.➤ Represent the Supply & Design Studio during trade shows, national conventions, and change management initiatives, carving out best practices in this new role, flexing to meet emerging organizational needs and challenges, liaising between the full suite of internal and external project and program stakeholders, owning results, and delivering status reports to senior leaders.➤ Build, train, and continue to mentor a team of top-performing project, pricing, and contract specialists, working with each stakeholder to ensure every project maintains desired momentum, achieves all deliverables, and aligns with strategic goals.➤ Maintain critical paths and forecast obstacles to program and project success, proactively resolving issues, managing quality control, establishing deadlines and expectations, and leading resources in achieving objectives on time and within budget.➤ Adapt projects and program strategies to meet emerging corporate and market needs, serving as the first point of contact for new hoteliers and applicants, and playing a key role in driving new business, meeting demand, and optimizing ROI. ➤ Leveraged Kaizen and Agile principles to reengineer resource allocation following COVID-related layoffs, consolidating and automating select processes, eliminating non-value-added functions, and ‘standing-up’ a new, leaner team.➤ Improved performance transparency from monthly reports to on-demand access to real-time data.
