With Dr. Ertugrul OzbudakI am involved in driving and organizing an interdisciplinary six-person research team of biologists, physicists, computer scientists, and mathematicians from three institutions to complete a research project now published in Nature. I also deliver consultancy to five labs within CCHMC to build single molecular FISH assay. I conduct interviews of eight new lab members and provided effective training to boost knowledge and performance. I am also involved in arranging and leading semiannual five-on-one meetings with the division director and PIs to discuss research progress.Key accomplishments:• Managed and completed various projects in close collaboration with three postdoctoral associates.• Authored and published a Nature paper, 97th percentile articles of all similar age article in all journals in terms of online attention.• Delivered effective presentations at more than 10 seminars of 50+ attendees while serving as a guest speaker at two conferences, including regional development field conference.• Enhanced dataset analysis speed by 60 times by planning and executing customized python/MATLAB programs.

In my most recent role, I have developed a vision of how CRISPR and pest control marke will likely unfold and determined how companies are positioned to perform. I am trained to build comprehensive competitive landscape for therapeutics with RA TechAtlas signature method. Performed 20+ company specific scientific diligence analysis and identify KOLs. I also presented deliverables to the managing partner and research teams to inform investment decisions.Here are some of my key accomplishments:• Performed white space analysis based on the competitive landscape and relevant literature• Generated and presented six deliverables including write-ups, completive landscapes, and summaries of analysis for the managing partner and research teams. With Dr. Ertugrul OzbudakHere at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, I was responisible for the development and implementation o two new technologies (CRISPR/Cas9 system, mRNA live imaging) in the lab. I have performed two large-scale gene function screenings with CRISPR. I have managed and delivered three projects simultaneously. Chaired Chinese Student Club.Key contributions:• Planned and oversaw Chinese New Year gala and talent show with 80+ Mandarin and English-speaking participants, caterers, and volunteers.• Gained access of critical technique for project sixteen months before publication by networking.
