As a professional, I describe myself as a self-driven individual passionate about applying my knowledge in Psychology in all my different areas of expertise. My main focus is to help grow others by dedicating my efforts to developing their qualities, adapting my teaching and managing strategies to their unique needs; understanding that we all have our own set of virtues, motivation, rhythm and goals. To achieve this, I find it essential to work from a place of empathy, patience, flexibility and creativity. As a manager and teacher, I believe in building teams and individuals offering effective feedback, constantly listening to their ideas and concerns. I have experience designing personalized study and training programs, as well as strategies for employee growth; always encouraging meaningful interaction in order to allow them to feel we can rely on each other. I consider myself a never-ending student looking for new and better ways to teach and train, a quality every leader should have. Organization, planning, communicative skills, oratory, managing groups of 15 people are among other competencies in my repertoire. I am someone who cares. Sensitivity is the quality that better describes me, and it has lead me to appreciate the precious complexity of human interaction. Allowing myself to connect with others is my cornerstone and I strive to develop meaning relationships in all areas of my everyday life, as I find it essential to achieve transcendent impact. When I´m not on the job, I enjoy Latin American poetry, listening to music 24/7, singing and constantly looking for ways to increase my knowledge in Psychology and Literature, my two biggest passions.
