We worked with multiple education providers and created Seminars, Clinical audits, Webinars, Online education modules, Medtalks etc… We reached 15K+ GPs being involved in our Heart Failure awareness activities, 5K in depth education and 1K Nurses, which over-exceeded our objectives. A specific example was the identification of a key customer group where I invested extra time to develop an innovative strategy to facilitate the creation of a diabetic clinic for the biggest practice of my territory.
