Degree in Food Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. During the last year of degree I studied at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences thanks to the international mobility program ERASMUS, during that stay I did my TFG which consisted of the design and sizing of a red wine cellar with a Rioja Designation of Origin with an annual production of 200,000 liters.I am currently finishing my master's studies in Agricultural Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, specializing in Food Economics for Development.Lines of interest:- Food quality- Food safety- Agrarian policy- Personal interests: passionate about nature, sports and languages.
