I am an HRIS professional with 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration, maintenance, and administration. Here's the four major events that brought me to this point today: 1. I graduated from Princeton University in 2020 with a BSE in Computer Science. Not wanting to code professionally, I found myself looking for ways to leverage my technical background with my passion for user experience and psychology.2. To that end, I spent a couple years working with EPI-USE as an SuccessFactors Consultant. It was a rewarding experience from a technical perspective, but at times I felt a little out of the loop on how businesses actually operate. 3. To leverage the skills I acquired during my Employee Central implementation projects, I found an industry analyst position supporting a growing suite of SuccessFactors products at Woodgrain. 4. Several years have passed at Woodgrain, I continue to upgrade and enhance our core Employee Central platform. I designed and implemented a Time Off solution for a subset of 1000 newly acquired employees with no centralized PTO tracking system. I was the configuration expert for our implementation of Recruiting and Onboarding, and did a hefty amount of EC remediation to support the project changes. I have also done copious amounts of training, documentation, and change management with our HR groups to ensure adaptability in the new systems.Cheers!
