As a Quality Assurance Intern at DDN Storage, I created automated tools to report issues from Jenkins to a tracking table that allowed for more in-depth issue tracing leading to a large increase in team efficiency and less issue-tracking confusion. Furthermore, I gained a deep understanding of Linux and operating systems to debug patch failures, allowing for increased productivity of the team. As a Junior Programmer at FunctionAbility Rehabilitation Services, I developed the main components of a new CRM system within the company’s proprietary enterprise software. This resulted in increased workflow efficiency and reduced costs by terminating reliance on third party programs.
