Oriana is the Head of the Human Resources Department at OLIN Landscape & Architecture as the Regional Human Resources Manager for the following Regions: Philadelphia PA, Los Angeles CA, Cincinnati OH, Chicago IL, & Santa Clara County CA.A speaker of Mandarin Chinese, French, Spanish, and player of 5 instruments, Oriana graduated Suma Cum Laude with her Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Drexel University where she was ranked 1st in her class & held a 4.0 GPA. Oriana also graduated Suma Cum Laude with her B.A in Broadcast Journalism from Hampton University's Scripps Howard School of Journalism and Communications. Earning both her High School Diploma & International Baccalaureate Diploma with honors in 2009, Oriana was the recipient of The Benjamin Banneker Award for outstanding achievements in Math.Throughout her college career, Oriana worked extensively for Radio One, WHYY, Hampton University's Athletic Marketing Team, Hampton’s Graphic Design Marketing Team, The Hampton Script’ newspaper, & The Yard Radio Show where she was a news anchor, photographer, and segment producer.Oriana also tutored students in English, Mathematics, & Mandarin Chinese.Throughout her graduate school career, she has worked as a Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Supervisor, & Operations Management Specialist for the United Parcel Service (UPS) as well as become an Ambassador & Diversity Donor Advocate for the American Red Cross. She is a member of the American National Honor Society, The International Honor Society for Education (Kappa Delta Pi), The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), The American Bar Association (ABA), The National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ), & the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).With a love for languages, music, nature, and sports, Oriana is a nationally ranked Track & Cross-Country athlete that is recognized for her 1st place wins in the Jr Olympics, The Penn Relays, The Russel Blunt ECI Invitationals & more.
