During the past 10 years, I have been learning every single detail about luxury hospitality while traveling around the world. After many years in the industry, I decided to take a step forward and moved to a mountain resort in the United States for the following three summers, where I expanded my customer service knowledge in a different country, as well as kept developing my English skills. After, I lived a two-year adventure in Dubai, where I improved my managerial skills, F&B knowledge, and I also learnt how to lead multicultural teams. Most important, I had a first approach with the luxury hospitality. I moved back to Barcelona in 2018 to keep working on my knowledge of the industry to open doors to a new level, and then a great career opportunity came to me.Since 2019 I'm being part of the Trek Travel family; the best travel experience company in the world contributing as a luxury travel cycling guide. I am also fond of traveling, really into cycling and fashion, have a passion for delivering unforgetable experiencies, and I'm motivated to learn about the many different cultures the world has to offer. I would like to conclude by saying that I am a really involved, persevering and focused person. I always do my best at everything I do; I work well with teams, and I maintain composure and organization when under pressure. I am a very positive and problem-solving individual, and I also treat guests and co-workers with the utmost respect and work hard to give to my guests a personal and unforgettable experience. Lastly, I am a fast learner, and I am always looking to improve in my practice.
