• Lead and manage a team of nine planners for ICO EMEA to ensure material availability, optimized inventory levels and PO integrity of assigned products through usage of planning systems.• Manage and review requirement plans and supply plan alignment for raw materials for the three sites: Hilden (Germany), Vilafranca (Spain), Malmo (Sweeden).• Ensure to meet targets OTIF (Delivery Capability), Inventory (DIO and volume) and SLOBs (%) optimizing the impact on manufacturing, logistics and procurement costs.• Responsible to implement and develop new processes and tools to perform the required planning activities withing the different sites.

• Work on the continuous supply chain assessment and benchmarking to identify business improvement opportunities, including end to end value stream mapping.• Analyze business improvements and projects to optimize end to end supply chain performance in OTIF, cost to serve and working capital (Inventory, Payables, Receivables)• Define the value chain network and define and initiate required business improvements to drive operational performance.• Optimize supply chain performance and balance inventory, lot size, delivering BU KPIs.

- Logistics Project Manager Office in charge of project governance, report to the top management, budget control, project plan, communication plan and action tracker for a new distribution center in Mexico. - Project investment 30mio euros.- Monitor project metrics: delivery on time, on cost, SHE and 3PL operation performance.- Responsible for leading the transition from 7 warehouses to a new warehouse with a capacity of 80,000 pallet positions and more than 78,000sqm.- Project manager for the implementation of WMS Blue Yonder (Warehouse management system).

- Coordination with cross functional teams the implementation of new product introduction, relaunches and product discontinuations for Laundry detergents (Persil, All..) and Home Care products (Combat, Renuzit,..).- Project manager for Supply Chain footprint improvement, portfolio optimization and cost saving projects.

- Governs the implementation of international projects (innovations, cost chase, maintenance, production transfers) from product development until market introduction. - Ensuring the availability of goods in time and reviews the progress continuously with all relevant Market - Quota steering during production constrains.
