Nacido, crecido y formado en Barcelona, después de licenciarme como Ingeniero de Telecomunicaciones y tras 4 años en una gran multinacional, decido abandonar el camino preestablecido para crear el mío propio. 🧳 Con la inquietud de empezar un negocio desde cero y con unas ganas tremendas de ver mundo, pongo rumbo a la cuna del emprendimiento: Silicon Valley, una de las mejores decisiones que he tomado nunca. Tras mi paso por Stanford y 6 meses en modo esponja, fundo mi primera empresa: Make Eat Easy, un servicio de envío de kits de ingredientes frescos para ayudar a los americanos a disfrutar cocinando recetas sanas, fáciles y sabrosas. Con este proyecto fueron varios los éxitos que logramos pero el aprendizaje, la experiencia de emprender en USA, los contactos, los amigos, el competir con los mejores cada día, el sufrimiento y la superación constante han sido piezas clave para mi desarrollo.De vuelta a España, con la mochila bien cargada de “superpoderes”, el objetivo pasaba por seguir emprendiendo, una carrera de fondo en la que alcanza la cima quien se levanta más veces de las que se cae. Antes de coger el timón para poner rumbo a una nueva aventura me propuse ver el ciclo entero de una startup, desde su creación hasta su plena maduración. El destino y la gran similitud con el nombre de mi empresa (casualidades de la vida) me llevaron a unirme al equipo de Take Eat Easy como City Manager en Barcelona. Una empresa de food delivery de origen Belga, con la que cerramos primero una serie B, y con presencia en 4 países.🚄 Mi camino seguía pero, en vez de coger un tren… ¡me subí a Cabify! El viaje que me esperaba ni lo imaginaba; primero como General Manager Barcelona, más tarde como Regional Manager España; entré cuando la compañía acababa de cerrar una serie C y me bajé tras cerrar la serie E con una compañía madura, sólida y lista para salir a bolsa, convirtiéndonos en este proceso en el primer unicornio español, con una valoración de 1.400 millones de dólares.Una vez cerrado el ciclo, era el momento de volver a empezar, ¿dónde mejor que en un sector con tanto impacto en nuestras vidas como el inmobiliario? 🏠 Es, además de uno de los principales motores de la economía de nuestro país y, uno de los menos digitalizados, una oportunidad para el nacimiento de Wolorent, una compañía de base tecnológica con la que damos soluciones a los pequeños propietarios para que puedan alquilar su piso con mayor rapidez, seguridad y transparencia, todo ello desde su propio móvil: soluciones del siglo XXI para propietarios e inquilinos.
