At L39 I play a pivotal role in the lifecycle of our investments, from origination to exit. This involves identifying disruptive companies within the micro to small cap space, meticulous monitoring of our portfolio, analysing performance metrics, and working in close collaboration with the management teams of our investee companies.A central part of my role involves leading our Investment Committee meetings, where I report to the directors on daily developments and potential investment opportunities. These sessions are crucial for making informed asset allocation decisions, where I contribute my insights and analysis to guide our strategic investment planning.In addition to these investment-focused tasks, I manage investor relations, ensuring clear and regular communication about our fund's performance and strategies.
