I lead cross-functional teams to ensure a single, clear strategy that supports our global sales efforts.* Content & Training Management: Overseeing the development and accessibility of critical content, and ensuring that teams across all regions have the training and resources they need to excel.* Communication Management: Balancing the quality and quantity of communications to the field, ensuring that sales teams receive the right information at the right time without overload.*Trusted Advisor: Serving as a key resource for both Marketing and Sales, providing guidance on reaching the field effectively and addressing all enablement-related requests.
