Perform the accurate execution of test methods and proceduresMaintain inventory of QC materials and lab supplies, including monitoring and orderingPerform maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of pertinent equipmentPerform reagent and media preparationCompliant with all applicable SOPs and good documentation practices(GDP) as well as cGMP/GCTP requirementsConduct test, review and release test results for products or materialsPerform and assist in equipment qualification and method validations as neededPerform state proficiency testing and/or client proficiency testing under direct supervision as applicableInvestigate Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT) and/or non-conforming test resultsAssist in investigations, and preparation of deviation reports, with input from the manager or lead, in a timely manner and implements corrective actions and preventive actionsPackaging and shipping samples to contracted Laboratories for testing and/or to ClientsDetermine causes and develops preventative actions of Deviations, Non-Conformances, OOS, OOT, field complaints and environmental excursion investigations.Conduct investigations to true root cause using appropriate investigation tools.Benchmark industry standards to develop, advocate, and implement investigative and impact assessment tool sets.Implement effective preventive actions to prevent recurrence.Handle multiple investigations in different stages of the process to efficiently meet compliance deadlines and product release dates.Track and create appropriate trending rules that trigger corrective actions.Provide communication plan for on-going deviations & CAPA’s.Effectively create and execute communication plan for CAPA’s and on-going deviations to responsible parties.Conducts timely completion of deviations, CAPAs, and Change Controls as necessary.Ability to comply with quality standards.
