• Working under the Assistant Director, Finance and Operations.• Operations and finance department: Managing payments, budget, scope and price negotiations with 3rd party suppliers. • Agreement negotiations. • Operating contracts, budget reports, petty cash management. • Lasing with Accounting company, producing monthly reports.• Organizing tours logistics :Managing schedules, logistics and execution. Manging Transportations, Tour Guides, etc...• Operating events for students, faculty, staff, or any other event within the university activities.• Managing staff needs, working hours, credit cards, and expenses of all kind.• Taking care of Students needs upon arrival: Entering Visa, extensions, and handling unique situations and requirements. • Looking after lecturers needs: Boarding. Payments, and on going needs.• Managing building maintenance.• Managing office purchasing and orders.• Manging of Academic Center and dorms IT section, lasing with IT team from NY together with the local team and handling of real time problems on site.

· Organizing and handling administrative and execution of the foundation's main Grants Programs processes.· Assisting Director's responsibilities in deputizing and being involved the decision-making process.· Costumer Services via mails and phone.· In charge of all participants data via CRM.· Managing website data (Wordpress).· Managing schedules, logistics and execution.· Liaising with suppliers.· Agreement negotiations.· Managing payment, budget, scope and price negotiations with 3rd party suppliers.· Development of new programs for the foundation.· Newsletter Marketing.· Working with all Windows software.
