Partner with CIO and Senior Leadership to execute on strategic objectives and drive growth. Represent investors in data strategy, technology initiatives, project management, and objectives to drive synergy across departments and increase efficiency and scale. Create and maintain strategic business and investment initiatives across fixed income platform across private and public credit asset classes) by leading change in technology, data, people, products and oversight of P&L across business lines.

Specializing in fiduciary partnership services, manager due diligence, retirement income product allocation guidance, and risk-based and target-date asset allocation models. Cover stable value, equity, and fixed income strategies (Mutual funds, ETF's, and CIT's).

Develop the strategic product roadmap for $2.5B domestic equity products. Increase assets under management, set strategic agenda for sales / distribution, and develop strategies for implementation of product solutions / product development. Monitor competitive environment for product positioning by analyzing industry flows, performance, competitor products, and performing in-depth quantitative and qualitative portfolio analysis. Act as liason between investment team, sales, and end-clients.

Proactively lead and implement Invesco’s $24 billion municipal brand platform by providing insight to sales and clients on the municipal fixed income market and the investment strategies offered. Strengthen awareness and comprehension of investment opportunities, product offerings, and investment capabilities, in order to improve competitive standing and growth of assets.

Acted as liaison between sub-advisors and MetLife institutional clients ($80 billion in stable value) by conducting due diligence, portfolio analysis, and identifying areas of concern. Negotiated Investment Policy Statements on behalf of clients with third party managers. Evaluated potential investment managers by conducting on-site due diligence and presented final recommendations to the officers of the Investment Management Review Board. Products offered by these lines of business support pension plans, 401(k) plans, executive deferred compensation plans and funding for other post-retirement benefit plans.

Selection and monitoring of a $4B Wealth Management Platform (US, non-US Equities, Fixed Income, Global Tactical Asset Allocation, Hedge Funds/Fund of Funds, and Private Equity strategies) for high Net Worth and institutional clients.
