Continue my role as Deputy Director Special Projects at Humanitarian Mine Action Division (AlphaDemining LLC) of AZNAV Company CJSC

• Working with key stakeholders to understand the business needs, and creates a project management plan that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives;• Creating project plans, project charters and project schedules;• Managing the procurement of the required deliverables;• Reports on project progress, offers viable solutions and opportunities as they arise;• Lead meetings and set expectations for project team;• Preparation of final report on project outcomes, submission of deliverables to report and organization of other documents.

• Identifying potential beneficiary in accordance with the SME Advice program, negotiating with beneficiary and identifying their internal needs;• Drafting a project according to the Terms of Reference;• Invitation of experts to the project and providing approval of the project documentations (project plan, budget, contracts and etc.) by EBRD;• Control over the implementation of the project with approved scope of services and schedule;• Preparation of final report on project outcomes, submission of deliverables to report and organization of other documents.

• Manage Social Networks by developing network among youth in rural area, establishing public relationship; informing and sharing the activities and projects carried out by the Zeka Youth Centre on social media; representing on local and international media.• Develop fundraising strategies by forecasting annual fundraising plan; building relationships with local and international donor organizations; implementing projects within social corporate responsibility.• Build international relationship by preparing of new international projects related to the activities of the Zeka Youth Centre; implementing international students exchange programs.

• Forecast incoming and outgoing calls by collecting and processing data according to Erlang C and B concepts;• Develop Training program by identifying staff needs and requirements; searching and applying experiences of international call centers; organizing training; preparing handouts and evaluation papers;
