• Project planning, including clarification of timeframes and conditions• Import & Export operation (Turkish customs regulations know-how)• Ensuring that scheduled delivery date and transit times are met• Analysis and review of logistics method (e.g. shipping method, picking requirements, labeling, necessary documents)• Implementation of logistics plan and transport concept• Review of information and documents as regards import and export regulations.• Shipping coordination with international companies, customers and factories• Management and pursuit of claims and demands in the event of loss or damage• Coordinating return process of detective materials or the materials that are not in conformity with the required specifications, ensuring that replacement material is procured on time• Order handling processes, purchase order requisition and order follow-up• Preparing order follow up reports and distributing these reports periodically to all relevant groups• ERP experience in SAP GPP, SAP MM Module• Implement and optimize ERP systems
