Project Procurement Manager
Current• Organizing all procurement activities in a project under optimum deployment of resources.• Ensure early involvement in sales phase, implement procurement strategies, aiming to optimize project results, including availability of goods and services in quality, in time, in budget.• Analyzing scope of supply and customer contract agreements, carrying out risk analyses and introducing negotiation recommendations to prepare for negotiations with suppliers (back-to-back where appropriate) and to initiate appropriate measures.• Defining of procurement strategies to ensure long-term, cost-effective supply of materials and monitoring the national and international market to bring new suppliers, product derivatives, and product innovations into the purchasing portfolio.• Conducting contract and price negotiations with suppliers for medium to large volumes to contribute to the profitability of the company.• Define concepts for risk and contract management to avoid risk and warrant costs• Transparency and evaluation of cost variances• Supports all process improvements related to logistics area and acting as Logistics Manager.• Ongoing controlling of logistics costs• Supply Chain design, warehouse, shipments and distribution network analysis• Focus on quality in Supply Chain operations
