Small scale marketing projects with pharmaceutical industry contacts whilst living in Dubai (between 2008 and 2016) and now back in the UK.Working as a support to pharmaceutical companies directly or for the agencies they employ.Activities include temporary Brand Manager support, strategic and tactical planning, medical writing at meetings, congresses and advisory boards, publications and congress planning, advisory board and meeting series organisation and support plus many other activities.

Responsible for medical education and KOL management across Europe. This involved European meetings coordination across the country affiliates, European symposia planning and organization and Pfizer sponsored events including pan-European Advisory Boards, symposia at third party European meetings and a large Pfizer sponsored meeting for European Retina Specialists. This required engagement with European speakers, chair-people and country affiliates alike.I was also involved with the production of the European Tactical Brand Guidelines for the country affiliates and, in particular, leading sections devoted to our plans to engage with European KOLs.My role within the European Brand Team has given me the opportunity to work across many markets, with many other nationalities and in a role with a very clear remit of influencing without authority.

Various marketing roles (Associate Product Manager, Product Manager and latterly Senior Brand Manager) within cardiovascular medicine. All aspects of the marketing mix have been covered during this time including field force support (material development, mailings, advertising), PR and communications, access agency strategy (NICE and other regional body submissions) plus international/national meetings management including KOL liaison.Additionally, these roles have afforded me both strategic and operational planning experience over a number of planning periods.
