After completing my A-Levels exams in 2011, I decided to further my education and continue my studies. I undertook a degree in the University of Ulster Coleraine were I completed my course with a BSc Hons in Business with Computing in June 2013. I am a confident and reliable HR adviser experienced in the use of creating and implementing policies to do with work conditions, disciplinary procedures and equal opportunities. I have extensive knowledge of key processes such as disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, performance management and contractual changes. I have a proven ability to support a HR department by providing accurate and professional advice/guidance. I endeavour to continue in the development of my professional knowledge and skills and anticipate my future business career to be challenging, exciting and successful.
