• Report directly to the Head of Marketing • Responsible for the AA’s customer acquisition and retention marketing activity across the company’s regulated and non-regulated product portfolio• Manage ATL and BTL campaigns, from proposition development to GTM • Use MI to monitor results and identify key opportunities for the business• Liaise and manage relationships with creative, digital and media agencies & mailing house • Responsible for improving customer experience across all touch points and ensuring they are in line with brand and tone of voice guidelines• Work closely with the online team to ensure seamless integration online & offline• Manage and organise Market Research activities on both the existing and non-existing customer base• Create and manage marketing budgets and forecasts
