I take my health seriously, this was not always the case but these days, I do. I've been in the skincare industry for over 17 years and it's become clear to me that diet and exercise are absolutely essential considerations for healthy mind and body.I started conducting training courses professionally in 2012 and discovered that not only did I really enjoy it, but, I was actually pretty good at it. I've added yoga and nutrition to my repertoire as it seemed like a natural progression. Event management is also something I really enjoy. Again, I started doing this at a professional level in 2012 and took a liking to it straight away. I have a good eye for detail and this comes across in any event I organise. It has to be just right or I haven't achieved what I set out to do.
