As the Fundraising Manager with Arthritis Ireland, I had responsibility, along with the team, to deliver the organisation's fundraising strategy and goals, within the larger organisational strategy. Ensured adherence to best practice regarding Direct Mail, Data Protection, Guiding Principles for Fundraising.

I was part of a team of three organising and running fundraising events for the Alzheimer Society, who provide services and information to those living with dementia in Ireland. Assisted in overseeing 2 major national campaigns, the first one of which was turned around in tight time lines with no major sponsor. Responsible for managing teams of up to 40 volunteers who assisted in campaign fulfilment, reducing costs considerably.Efforts resulted in unearned income totals of 3.2 million euro per year.First and main contact for queries on events or fundraising campaigns.
