As the Fundraising Manager with Arthritis Ireland, I had responsibility, along with the team, to deliver the organisation's fundraising strategy and goals, within the larger organisational strategy. Within my role, I was responsible for developing and driving the following areas;Donor Development and Stewardship -Management of Donor Acquisition through Face to Face fundraising - including management of all process & procedures, relationship management with third party agencies, development of campaign materials, budget management and ongoing tracking and performance on campaign. -Implementation of donor development and stewardship programme across all fundraising activity participants -Planning and Delivery of all campaigns including National Raffle - both on and offline, Children with Arthritis Month, Physical Challenge events and more. - Management of relationships with printers, designers, third party providers and agencies. Worked closely with communications team to properly communicate impact of organisation to drive fundraising activity and interest. Ensured adherence to best practice regarding Direct Mail, Data Protection, Guiding Principles for Fundraising.

Project Manager on 2 national fundraising projects. Childline 7-A-Side Soccer Challenge and Cheerios Childline Breakfast Together Week. Managed all aspects of projects including planning, communications, recruitment of participants, art & design, sponsorship & fulfilment. Helped grow Breakfast Event by over 600 participants from previous year.

I was responsible for fundraising campaigns and the communications that goes with them. Dundalk Simon Community raises funds in the counties of Louth, Meath, Cavan and Monaghan and some of our fundraising includes Direct Mail, One off Donor Led events and large group fundraising events. Dundalk Simon is one of 8 Simon Communities nationally.

I was part of a team of three organising and running fundraising events for the Alzheimer Society, who provide services and information to those living with dementia in Ireland. Assisted in overseeing 2 major national campaigns, the first one of which was turned around in tight time lines with no major sponsor. Responsible for managing teams of up to 40 volunteers who assisted in campaign fulfilment, reducing costs considerably.Efforts resulted in unearned income totals of 3.2 million euro per year.First and main contact for queries on events or fundraising campaigns. Involved in liaison with Chamber Offices to promote CSR within local business network
