I help fill out paper and online forms for Attendance Allowance, Personal Independence Payments, Limited Capacity for Work, and any discretionary housing payments. This support is provided over the phone or video call, and if needed in office or at community locations.

At this pro bono legal advice charity for domestic abuse victims, I will be primarily drafting statements and triaging referrals over the phone. Working to help anyone who s a victim of domestic abuse, assisting victims obtaining orders such as Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders.

implemented innovative methods to increase student engagement and participation in the governance process, resulting in a 7% increase in voter turnout than the previous year and with a high result of 20.3% that has not occurred since 2020.Promotion of electoral candidate nomination to create a competitive presidential and Board of Directors election; 4 presidential candidates and 17 board members to fill 1 and 12 spots respectively.

Consulted with over 40 clients for wig and camisole fittings, program referrals, and support services during the summer contract. Established community partnerships with high schools for volunteer recruitment and KW community centers for in-person programming. Trained and onboarded 10 new volunteers to support cancer programs and local hospital cancer wards. Designed a feedback system to enhance client support and improve program administration.
