Manage and guide the Engineering team responsible for pre-sales, execution (RF Design - Optimization) and post sales duties, projects for tier one mobile operators in Colombia with 2G, 3G and 4G nationwide and 5G NSA trial networks. Coordinate and attend projects status follow -up meetings with customers. Technical and executive status reports preparation for directors.

Responsible for preparing the optimization plan for the national Huawei/Movilnet 2G - 3G countrywide network, within a specific timeline and lead 8 RF engineering teams, during the execution of it. RAN parameters audit and recommendations aiming to ensure KPIs are achieved. Prepare weekly technical and executive reports to present the project’s progress to operator´s managers.
