I’ve always been drawn to solving problems with technology. From my first job as a part-time developer while in high school to my journey as a Partner at PwC Advisory, I realized that my passion is fueled by an unrelenting curiosity on how to make a process and organization more efficient. Over 20+ years of collaborating with organizations ranging from the largest global companies in the world to domestic mid-size companies, my skill set has evolved from the kid that spent all his spare time coding at his PC. My skills today include business process optimization, creation of effective targeting operating models, risk management, governance and controls, regulatory compliance, quantitative model development and validation, and of course development and deployment of technology-enabled solutions.Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is my other passion. I feel strongly that an organization’s success exceeds the sum of the contributions of all of its people. Creating an environment where all people feel they belong leads to everyone contributing to an organization’s vision and objectives. As a business leader, I’ve always made it a top-line priority to create an inclusive, equitable environment for everyone, and have focused on piloting and scaling inclusive programs for everyone.
