PLN Projects delivers high quality, solution focused client-side project management consultancy services to the property and construction industries. As company director, I draw on over 20 years leadership and project experience of a wide variety of complex, exciting and challenging projects within Australia, across all phases of the project lifecycle. For the last 10 years I have held senior executive operation management roles for one of Australia's leading independent project management organisations across north and south-east regions of Queensland, and northern NSW.With a track record of great project successes, the experience spans a diverse portfolio of major projects within the aviation, health, education, residential, commercial and industrial sectors; in advisory, development, project, and programme management roles. My key strengths are project governance, team leadership, the development and implementation of innovative delivery strategies, devising optimal staging scenarios for works around live, operational and occupied environments, stakeholder communications and contracts management.Over my career, I have worked in both contractor and client-side roles across NSW, Queensland, in remote areas of the Northern Territory and South Australia, and abroad. This experience, paired with strong commercial acumen, effective communication skills and a personal drive to achieve project success, is at the core of my approach to client services delivery and my role at PLN Projects.
