Ensure invoicing in compliance with contractual agreement terms for all corporate contracts with cruise lines, commercial and government agencies. Develop and maintain all cruise line multi-million dollar contracts for USDA, Industrial, Recyclable and Hazardous Waste by continuously providing annual networking events amongst crew members and corporate executives. Prepared proposals for government and commercial RFQ & RFP’s.LResponsible for obtaining and maintaining facility operating permits for county, state and federal agencies. Ensured both facilities are compliant with all regulatory agencies including USCG, DOT, CBP, USDA, EPA, OSHA, FLDOH, FLDEP, DERM and Broward County DNRP that waste entering both facilities are profiled and approved for final disposition. Knowledgeable with 29, 33, 40 and 49 CFR regulations. Ensure all shipping documents are prepared and completed, including such documents as Hazardous Waste Manifests, Bill of Ladings, LDRs and DOT Markings. Ensure all operational employees are properly trained for their job responsibilities. Review analytical results to create waste profile sheets for proper waste classification and disposal into both facilities and other non-Raider Environmental disposal facilities. Managed 15 employees in both operational and administrative roles to ensure safety and compliance is met.

Assisted that the facility was compliant with all regulatory agencies including USCG, DOT, EPA, FLDOH, FLDEP, DERM and Broward County DNRP that waste entering both facilities are profiled and approved for final disposition. Ensured all shipping documents are prepared and completed, including such documents as Hazardous Waste Manifests, Bill of Ladings, LDRs and DOT Markings. Prepared proposals for lab packs, waste management, for transportation and disposal of hazardous waste/material. Worked closely with RCCL Environmental Officers, EHS Managers regarding environmental compliance issues in the cruise line industry, commercial businesses. Resolving DOT, EPA and OSHA compliance questions/issues with clients. Responsible for importing nearly 1 million gallons of used oil from the Caribbean, annually. Review and approve incoming profiles into the Davie facility. Ensure all facility and transporter permits for local and state are current. Maintained the compliance of the 10 day storage facility. Create, complete and review all new waste stream profiles destined for the disposal/recycling facilities. Complete, prepare and ensure that all hazardous waste shipping documentations for transportation for the facility, the cruise line industry, commercial businesses. Develop and maintain recycling and point of collection programs with the cruise line industry, and commercial businesses. Collect hazardous waste/material samples and review analytical results for proper waste classification and disposal for various customers including the cruise line industry. Performed lab packs, waste management/minimization and in-plant services for transportation and disposal of hazardous waste/material. Tracked all incoming and outgoing waste and recyclable shipments for the Davie facility. Ensured invoicing was submitted accurately and in compliance with contractual agreement terms for RCCL, other cruise lines, commercial and government contracts.

Prepared proposals for government and commercial RFQ & RFP’s. Ensured all shipping documents are prepared and completed, including such documents as Hazardous Waste Manifests, Bill of Ladings, LDRs and DOT Markings. Review analytical results to create waste profile sheets for proper waste classification and disposal into all Safety-Kleen disposal facilities. Knowledgeable with 29, 33, 40 and 49 CFR regulations in order to manage six technical service field technicians in an effort to provide flawless service for two major automotive manufacturers. Provided consulting services regarding environmental compliance of the regulations, due to short fall or negligence. Performed lab packing and waste management services. Established and monitored EH&S plans, while managing departmental operational costs.Performed lab packing and waste management per 40 & 49 CFR by identifying, properly packaging and labeling containers to transport from job sites located in the Midwest and Eastern Region of the United States, Bahamas and Puerto Rico back to disposal facilities via driving box truck or trailer or ocean freight.
