Responsibility● Created computer aided drafting 3D models using CATIA software for plastic products as Pull handle and brackets for automotive industry.● Modeling of Wire routing for harness.● Proficient in CAD and capable of developing CAD drawings (2D) based on customer requirements applying GD&T according to the customer standards.● Communicate with customers in a professional manner utilizing technical background, judgment, and experience.● Employ knowledge of various manufacturing processes, engineering practices, mathematics, or other physical sciences to complete drawings and designs. ● Analyze drawings/blueprints and prepare quotes based on it.● Consults with fabrication departments or suppliers to provide information and assistance on fabrication.

Responsibility:● Mechanical design for plastic products (solids and surfaces) to produce automotive parts.● Modification of automotive parts designs in accordance with ASME Standard Y14.5 2009 (GD&T).● Participation in project design for various OEM companies, in product development.● Development of drawings for production and Quality area.Main Achievements: ● Be part of the team for the development of new products (3D model & 2D) for a new Customer.

Responsibility:● Mechanical design and development of projects for the company focused on the application of new technologies for the control and development of production in Industry 4.0.● Administration of mechanical engineering projects, application of methodologies for the correct use of resources for production.● Implementation and integration of mechanical equipment in production lines of truck stringers.● Interpretation of mechanical drawings and generation of visual and manual aids for the operating staff of the production line.

Responsibility:● Coordinator of the stamping production line. In charge of the production program, management reports, inventories, and test coordination (try-outs) and tooling release. Interviews and recruitment.● Review and control of waste of stamped material, purchase of materials for the department and responsible for press operators (+85 people).

Thesis Project: “Analysis of the dynamic response of a structure under vibration loads generated by transport.”.

Master thesis in colaboration with the company to investigate the behaviour of the Random vibrations in the products, during the transportation.
