My main responsibilities involve working with the other functional managers within the organization to ensure that the design department operates as a cog in the machine that is Mutual Mobile. In order to create truly great products, the lines between design and engineering need to come down. I manage our full team of creatives in Austin and India in efforts to promote more effective ways of collaboration, higher standards for delivery, and staying true to our creative roots while meeting the business objectives of our clients, bringing value to their customers and having fun in the process.

As the manager of our production team, I helped to define the production pipeline standards and operationalized best practices throughout the team. I worked constantly worked with cross disciplinary teams to find ways to streamline the design-to-developer process. We do not simply throw design assets over the fence to development, but work with developers directly so that we design for efficient implementation.

Primarily working on GUI for mobile apps and contributing to the generation of assets for mobile games.

Modifying and setting up artwork for specialty print on glass, plexiglass and vinyl. Working with Art Leads and Engeneering Teams to produce graphical elements for casino gaming machines.

At Red 5 Games I was responsible for creation of both 2D and 3D art assets from conception to final output. I created the GUI, Game screen, Avatars as well as in game sprites as needed by the art director and game programmers .

Was responsible for all aspects of visual art representation on multiple projects for mobile phone games. Create original concept sketches, mock-up screen shots for layout and style conceptualization, character sprites, game levels and tiles, visual effects, font and text styles as well as palletizing and optimization for the mobile phone platforms.

Worked in under the supervision of our Art Director to execute on the very tactical tasks that needed to be done. Contributed to 3D modeling and rendering of game environments, collaborated with the team to establish priority list and time estimates.
