being that i grew up around pastry for the last 24 years, i grew an interest to the creativity of cake sculpting and the very interesting techniques that other pastry chefs use. i learned all i know by watching all times cake shows as " cake boss" and " amazing wedding cakes". i never took a pastry class in my life. but i dedicated my time and effort into practicing what i have already learn in the graphic design field, and putting that same mentality into cake designing.. I am not one to talk much about my business.. i am more of the " i let my work speak for it self" type
