• Human Skeletal Anatomy and Development; I have received extensive training and practice using skeletal remains and cadavers. I have experience in identifying the stages of development of the human skeleton and have an interest in the gross morphology of bone biology. • Practical Osteology; I have experience applying theoretical approaches to skeletonised human remains in a professional setting. This included utilising anthropometric and anthroposcopic techniques to interpret age, sex, stature, ancestry, individualising traits (handedness/occupational/stress markers) and pathological alterations to produce a bioprofile for adult and juvenile remains. • Skeletal Trauma and Pathology; I have experience with the identification, interpretation and differential diagnosis of skeletal pathologies and trauma. • Criminal Humanitarian and Evidentiary Law; I studied U.K and International criminal humanitarian and evidentiary law during my postgraduate degree andI have completed expert witness training • Crime Scene, Major Incident and Disaster Management; I have experience in disaster management in a learning environment at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. I attended a day trip to a plane crash simulation where I was trained to work as a part of a diverse but integrated team. • Archaeology; I have three years experience in theoretical, practical, methodological and field archaeology. My main interests include Ancient Civilizations, Medieval and Bronze Age Europe, Public and Forensic Archaeology. • Field Archaeology; I have experience in surveying sites using planning and mapping techniques such as triangulation and total station surveying. • Other Research Interests; maceration techniques, stable isotopes, funerary and war archaeology, craniofacial morphology, forensic psychology and pathology, taphonomy, and ballistics.
