Responsible to generate aggregate value to products and services, through defining and implementing new working methods supported with computing tools. • Assuring the operation systems, identifying and developing projects to improve management, efficiency and customer service.• Defining and implementing process and system of credit sales to companies’ personnel.• Searching and implementation of integrated system, replacing the existing individual applications • Developing Customers Web Portal, driving and promoting this marketing channel
