With supporting processes in place, I led the team during execution by providing clear priorities and clearing obstacles that impeded progress. Project objectives were met within initial planning estimates.My responsibilities also included creating and managing the complete PowerDish integrated schedule across all disciplines. This required ongoing coordination to manage the dependencies for a complex system in a very fast paced development schedule.
