I led the development of the project plan, including the design process used, resource plan, key dependencies with other groups and the project budget. As part of building the new team, I took the lead in creating all of the supporting business processes that would be used to document design decision and ensure the end product would meet project objectives. With supporting processes in place, I led the team during execution by providing clear priorities and clearing obstacles that impeded progress. Project objectives were met within initial planning estimates.My responsibilities also included creating and managing the complete PowerDish integrated schedule across all disciplines. This required ongoing coordination to manage the dependencies for a complex system in a very fast paced development schedule. I developed systems to keep the entire team up to date with task priorities and the management team focused on the Critical Chain. I also managed the Product Cost model to provide guidance to the team on design decisions impacted the overall cost to produce energy (LCOE).Duties also included managing engineering software tool licensing, upgrades and maintenance.
