- Managing a group of managers (7 people), reporting directly to GM- Developing communications and digital strategies- Coordinating pitch projects- Initiating contact in order to receive brief or be included in a pitch

Organized and took charge of the client service group (4 people), reported directly to Deputy GMResponsibilities:- Promoting company development strategy among team members - Planning finance and resources for the team projects - Optimizing business processes to improve client service quality and reducing expenses - Developing relations with the group’s clients, extending cooperation - Monitoring the projects implemented, improving their quality - Training team members, organizing educational trips - Developing digital strategies- Immediately coordinating all pitch projectsThe group implemented projects effectively for the following clients: ROSNANO, Bayer Bayer (Mirena, Elevite, Relif, Renni, Berocca, Supradin, BHC, BSP), Microsoft, Intel, Megafon, HP, Lukoil, JTI, Goodyear, Exxon Mobil, Bork, 3COM, Russian Gymnastics Federation, Russian Basketball Federation, Community Council under the jurisdiction of the Federal Security Service of Russian Federation, Alfa Bank, Baltika, National Center of Aircraft Engineering

Responsibilities: developing the company to reach the breakeven point within 2 years- Reduced costs by involving telecommuters - Introduced task distribution and implementation control tools for in-house staff and freelancers - Optimized “attracted client cost” (both client processing time and advertising placement cost)- Increased the pool of loyal clients- Extended the variety of services provided by the company and organized business processes for their implementation Achievements: - the company reached the breakeven point after 8 months - the company started generating substantial profit by the end of the year
