2000-to date: Starting a new biotech company, Biokine Therapeutics Ltd, Science Park, Ness-Ziona;acted as CEO of the young company, for 2 years; acting COO and V.P R&D of the company since establishment of the company, involved in fund raising and writing grants for the company; developing technology for leads identification for immunological and cancer diseases; in charge of research and development of these molecules; managing research & development of several projects in parallel and being in charge of appropriate staff accordingly; running pre-clinical studies of the lead molecule, aiming for cancer; preparing, conducting and managing the clinical trial of the lead molecule.
