Ombudsman (Public Advocate)
Current- The Public Advocate's responsibility is to discuss, investigate and rule on complaints received by the public regarding journalistic ethics in the broadcasts and content provided by the corporation.- Collaborated daily with the corporation's content divisions, including Management, News, TV, Radio, Digital, Marketing, and other divisions.- Provided a quarterly update to the Corporation's secondary Ethics and Review committees.- Published an annual report on the activity of the Ombudsman Office.- Functioned as an overarching recipient for public inquiries relating to the corporation, as well as for matters handled by the Ombudsman or funneled to the relevant authority (The State Comptroller of Israel, Ministry of Communications, The Knesset, The Second Authority for Television and Radio).
