Project Officer (PO)▪Responsibility for planning and control of development budget for large customers under long-term contract (such as Bell Canada - www.bell.ca ) with a scope of hundreds of man-months each month.▪Responsibility for managing and controlling timetables for projects, assisted by M.S. Project and other tools.▪Involved in planning and determining business work plans, setting goals, work plan milestones and deadlines.▪Improvement of follow-up procedure for workers’ hourly reports, in order to optimize the process of controlling budget utilization.▪Working in collaboration with various departments within the company, the Deputy CEOs, Project Managers in Israel and abroad, and sometimes directly with the client.▪Working hand-in-hand with the QA team to incorporate the quality and control procedures - CMMI compliancy.

Responsibility for Salaries and Benefits internationally (Comp & Ben) - Human Resources Department▪Accompanying and professionally advising the managers during the various organizational procedures such as: employee assessment; salary revisions; distribution of options; bonuses; company cars and so forth.▪Responsibility for annual budget control for salaries and bonuses within the Development division.▪Submitting initial response to appeals from employees regarding a variety of personal matters▪Involvement in incorporating company policies in the field of benefits for employees.
