Counseling & case-management for children & adults with on a wide range of concerns including: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, relationship issues, OCD, ADD/ADHD, Autistic-spectrum disorders, parenting challenges, and self-esteem/motivation.

At the REACH Center, I provided psychotherapy, advocacy, referrals and education to sexual abuse survivors and their families. I worked with children and adult survivors in a clinical and case-management capacity to foster healing and resilience. I utilized an eclectic array of tools and models to help my clients access and move through difficult emotions including: cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, narrative, art, music, dance-movement, play sand-tray therapy, as well as mindfulness & meditation.

In over six years of experience at Aon, I provided administrative and operational support for the property & liability insurance program of the Port Authority of NY & NJ. I began working for the vice-president of the company's largest account as an executive assistant and was soon promoted to operations manager and finally assistant program manager. At the time of my departure I was a licensed Property, Casualty, and Personal Lines Agent as well as a certified Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS).
