Every company and non-profit I've started or co-founded since then has been grounded in this leadership principle. This philosophy defines my approach to helping business owners and investors identify critical gaps and opportunities in healthcare and financial services. Solutions can range from developing data-driven strategies to help bring new medicines to market for patients with rare diseases, helping successful privately-held companies get ready to exit, to identifying high-potential entrepreneurs in Africa and helping to accelerate their growth through innovative financial products. My approach is to partner with likeminded entrepreneurs, investors and companies who see the current challenges in healthcare and financial services as huge opportunities to have an impact. I provide strategic consulting, leadership coaching, exit planning, business modeling, and operational planning and oversight. The ultimate goal is improved access and outcomes for consumers and their communities and better business results for the companies that serve them.
