In our first year as a new team, we partnered with the Engineering and Medicine facilities and Arc to deliver blended learning short courses in a range of personal and professional skill development areas, which have relevance for students' academic courses, project based learning and industry placements (e.g., effective teamwork, effective relationships, wellbeing & resilience, confident presenting, purpose and values identification). My team and I also developed and successfully launched a new leadership development program ("Leadership Foundations"), a 20 hour blended learning experience for students exploring their leadership identity, purpose, wellbeing and resilience, building effective relationships and team cultures as well as a personalised leadership development plan. Students are required to undertake a series of online modules and self-development assessments as well as attend skill development workshops to complete the program.https://www.student.unsw.edu.au/leadership
