CurrentWith this role at UCD College of Business, I have strategic and operational responsibility for the Global Campus Business Unit which spans campuses in Ireland and South East Asia. Working with the Associate Dean, this role involves business development, regulatory management overseas, international partner relationship development, programme governance and strategy development to ensure we remain Ireland’s number 1 business school globally. Our unit’s programmes span both the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and the UCD Lochlann Quinn Business School.While this is an incredibly demanding role, my passion for education in the classroom remains stronger than ever and I continue to teach Human Resource Management, Talent Management and Business Research Methods. I was delighted to receive a College Teaching award for excellence in teaching in December 2017 & again in 2021. I was awarded the Outstanding Contribution to Student Learning at our College in 2021. I was delighted to receive the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Award for 2023 for my work to widen participation.

I have operational responsibility for this unit which operates across 5 campuses in Ireland and South East Asia. This role involves programme management, programme governance, business development and strategy evolution. Our programmes span both the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and the UCD Lochlann Quinn Business School.I continue to teach Human Resource Management, Talent Management and Business Research Methods. I convene the annual BBS Undergraduate Research Expo. I believe passionately in higher education and am a strong proponent of undergraduate and postgraduate student research.
