I left behind 2 businesses, rebuilt my life from scratch, and continued to build my career here.Long story short:⭐ Grew a side hustle into Brand Agency Andor (2018-2023)⭐ Developed design, communication strategies, and copy for international clients across B2B, government, NGO, politics, and the arts and culture sectors.⭐ Co-founded Creative Women Publishing (est. 2020), the first feminist publishing house, where I led brand strategy, visual identity, marketing design, merchandise, book concepts, design, layout, print, and production.⭐ Raised 130% of the target funds during the crowdfunding campaign for Creative Women Publishing, achieved through a strong team effort.⭐ Led the full creative pipeline for the launch of 33 Hypnotheatre & Techno Circus, Ukraine’s first queer circus, handling visual identity, merchandising, copywriting, PPC, Meta Ads, PR, project management, and finances.Leadership in the Creative Industry:⭐ Co-founded NGO Design4Ukraine, aimed at developing design policy in Ukraine.⭐ Collaborated with the Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Kyiv City Council.Arts: ⭐ Participated as an artist in various of exhibitions and performances in Ukraine, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Italy, and Estonia.⭐ Managed launching of the Museum of Ukrainian Avant-garde, ⭐ Curated exhibitions and festivals
