Ornsiree is a healthcare innovator and Founder of MedVentures, Thailand’s mostcomprehensive incubator program for academic entrepreneurs and early-stagemedtech startups. The new payment system reimburses healthcare providers by paying a single fee covering a bundle of services over the course of a defined period of time, and is one of several value-based payment reforms contained in the Affordable Care Act.I designed and developed a dynamic executive dashboard to track pilot performance, financial metrics, and quality outcomes, allowing near-time visual data dissemination to executive management. The dashboard processed multiple EIW, EMR, and SAS data sources for 8 cancer bundles stratified through varying risk levels and commorbidities.
