Delivering the 'Find Your Greatness' campaign, aiming to find the next generation of Olympic and Paralympic athletes. Including promoting the campaign through targeted marketing, delivering presentations and taster sessions in schools and helping to run regional assessment days where the athletes are put through a series of different exercises to aid the sports NGB's in talent identifying. Responsible for collecting data at school visits and at the regional assessment days as well as managing the recruitment and training of volunteers for the regional assessment days.
