You would have said yes as well. My first pivotal project was building a new type of digital tool for a very traditional hardware company - Snap-On Tools. The deliverable we presented? A 4-hour experiential walk-through in a custom garage we built to showcase the product in a totally immersive exhibit. This was the groundbreaking beginning of the modern-day customer experience: blending brand with storytelling and emotion.
